What is Shanon Bags’ replacement policy?
We offer a 7-day replacement policy in case you’re not satisfied with the color or size of the bag. The product must be unused, in original condition, and returned with its original packaging. Please note, refunds are not offered.

3. Who pays for the shipping during a replacement?
Customers are responsible for both the return shipping and the shipping of the new replacement item. Shipping costs are not refundable.
