At Shanon Bags, customer satisfaction is our priority. While we do not offer refunds or returns, we do offer a 7-day replacement policy under specific conditions.
π Replacement Eligibility
You are eligible for a one-time replacement within 7 days of delivery if:
The color or size of the bag is not as expected
The product is unused, in original condition, and in original packaging
The request is made within 7 calendar days from the delivery date
Please note: Refunds and returns are not available.
π Shipping Costs for Replacements
The customer is responsible for both-way shipping costs
This includes sending the product back to us and receiving the replacement item
Shipping charges are non-refundable and must be paid prior to dispatch of the replacement
π¦ How to Request a Replacement
To initiate a replacement:
Contact us at support@shanonbags.com within 7 days of receiving your order
Include:
Order number
Reason for replacement (color/size issue)
Photos of the item in unused condition
We will review your request and respond within 24β48 business hours.
β Items Not Eligible for Replacement
We do not accept replacements for:
Bags that are used, worn, or damaged by the customer
Bags returned without original packaging
Requests made after the 7-day window
Custom or personalized products
Products bought during a clearance or flash sale

One replacement per order is allowed
No exchanges beyond size or color variants
No monetary refunds will be processed under any circumstance
